Real Estate Professionals face daily challenges to be more productive and marketable. ET investments reached out to Woodridge to create ReProTool - a secure and user-friendly mobile app that addresses these needs with utilities that include property lookups and mapping, remote deposits for earnest money, rate and net sheet calculators, transaction documents and push notifications.
Designing a New Experience
Woodridge’s Design and Strategy team began by distilling REProTool’s product-system opportunities and devising solutions to provide utility for both title companies and the end users, the agents.
Though a series of user-focused meetings, a feature-set emerged that balanced business objectives needed for both Title Companies and Real Estate Agents to stand out from the crowd. In the process, Woodridge was able to consolidate 20+ existing apps into one single shared experience.
In this initial phase, Woodridge discovered ways to effectively simulate user pathways and potential journeys that address and integrate the ultimate system goals.
The “Swiss Army Knife” of Mobile Apps
After a sequence of UX workshops driven by client insights, the Woodridge team arrived at a suite of features that would provide a one-stop-shop experience for ET Investment’s mobile users – a digital powertool to streamline existing analog tasks for Real Estate Professionals.
Property Info at Your Fingertips
Native GPS and mapping utilities were integrated into both an iOS and an Android version of the app. Each version was tailored to cater to their respective design patterns to create the most familiar and usable application possible.

Comprehensive Administration Tracking and Control
REProTool’s two-tiered administration system allows both ET Investment users, as well as individual title companies to control over their respective environments.
Branch and agent management, information storage, and announcement control are a few of the behind-the-scenes tools that ensure a customized, stable and engaging mobile product.
The web-based admin tools are easy-to-use and establish a quick learning environment for new users. Straightforward web application user architecture makes the REProTool suite of products comprehensive, foolproof, and long-lasting.
