Matt McAdams
Founder (1970 – 2015)
Woodridge Software was founded by Matt McAdams. Matt founded or was the CEO of three successful software companies. One of them went public (LeagueLink, now part of Active.com); one was acquired by a larger company (Senware, makers of AutoDBA, acquired by Allen Systems Group); and one is still operating and growing every month (TrackVia, an application platform for business users). Matt was also the SVP of Product Management and Marketing at Allen Systems Group (ASG), a $170 million revenue software company. Matt started his career as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he served clients in the communications, manufacturing, and consumer products industries.
On the technical side, Matt had a Ph.D. in Physics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and he programmed professionally for multiple companies, most notably inventing and building the proprietary database virtualization layer that underlies TrackVia.
Technological diversity is the norm at Woodridge.
Because our clients have many needs and projects come in all shapes and sizes, we don't specialize in one industry or technology solution. Our developers are challenged to learn new languages and work with many technologies. You'll be surrounding yourself with smart and well-rounded problem solvers.
